We had to have an old, industrial air conditioning unit removed from our roof which left us with a situation where we had a large hole in both a tiled and metal roof. As a result we needed a roofer to repair both and out of three that I contacted, only one replied to my request and that was Nathan. He was both quick to respond to my request and understanding of the situation. The repairs to the roof needed to be coordinated with the removal of the old air conditioner. All went well largely due to Nathan’s help and I am forever grateful for what he did and the way he handled things. He did a great job and most importantly made me feel confident that he would be there at the time we needed him to be there.
