Nathan was so fast in his response to our initial enquiry and attended quickly to check the issues. He provided a quote in a timely manner and kept us up to speed on what was happening resourcing the required tiles. The repairs were done quickly and we have not had any issues since. Nathan was very easy to deal with and great in communicating with us and we will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
