We had to have an old, industrial air conditioning unit removed from our roof which left us with a situation where we had a large hole in both a tiled and metal roof. As a result we needed a roofer to repair both and out of three that I contacted, only one replied to my request and that was Nathan. He was both quick to respond to my request and understanding of the situation. The repairs to the roof needed to be coordinated with the removal of the old air conditioner. All went well largely due to Nathan's help and I am forever grateful for what he did and the way he handled things. He did a great job and most importantly made me feel confident that he would be there at the time we needed him to be there.

Just a quick note to thank you for a great job. When the rains came only 24 hours after the job was completed we wanted to see how good the results would be. Fantastic! Hardly a drop of water made it onto the back deck despite the intensity of some of the showers. Previously, the back deck would have been completely flooded. Nathan was so fast in his response to our initial enquiry and attended quickly to check the issues. When I discovered that the roof was leaking – I didn’t know where to start looking for a reputable repaired. And, living in an old house, with an old roof, I was also concerned that it was going to be a big and expensive job. Fortunately though, a friend recommended Nathan – assuring me that he would get on to it quickly, do a quality job and not over charge. I have to say they were absolutely right. Nathan came around on the weekend to look at the roof and identified the problem immediately. We had a quote from him that afternoon and a couple of days later he arrived (when he said he would) to do the job. Hi Nathan, Thank you for your work and follow-up regarding an annual roof inspection. I think it is a good idea with prevention rather than urgent repairs in the rain! So please call me for a chat in September 2016. With a leaking verandah roof and sending out online requests for repairs you were the only one responding by email. We then agreed on a date for inspection and a quote. For me it was very positive to meet with you and discuss the options. So rather than pulling down and rebuild we agreed to repair. It made good sense at this stage. The following week you rang and turned up as agreed with your assistant. It was a relatively small job, and it was done well for a very reasonable cost.
